By default, the artwork is for personal use only.

The artwork is exclusively digital.

The commissioner may not claim ownership of the artwork, nor use it commercially whatsoever, such as in monetized platforms, reproduction and redistribution.

The Artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. The Artist may use the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to prints, merchandise and online portfolios.

If the Commissioner wishes for their artwork to remain private or to withhold the Artist from posting publicly for a specific period of time, a separate fee will be charged accordingly.

The Commissioner may choose to share the artwork to social media platforms, as long as credits to the Artist are provided.

Refunds are not offered, except under very specific and exceptional circumstances. However, the artist will make every reasonable effort to address any concerns or issues the commissioner may have.

The Artist reserves the right to decline any requests.

Estimates and dates provided are subject to change and further details will be discussed.

The Artist has the responsibility to inform the Commissioner if any problems arise that may affect the progress of the order.

If the Commissioner requires faster completion or has deadlines, the Artist may charge an extra fee accordingly.

Deadlines should be informed along with your request and prior to the payment of the invoice.

If deadlines are agreed upon, it is the customer's responsibility to provide flexible communication. The Artist will not be held responsible for late delivery due to the Commissioner's late responses.

The artist manages health challenges, streaming and other responsibilities outside of artwork. Therefore, harassment regarding the pace of work, no matter how much time has passed, will not be tolerated.

Once the sketch has been approved of, any further changes may incur additional charges.

Every artwork includes 03 free revisions. Extra revisions may incur additional fees.

Small changes and mistakes by the Artist can be adjusted free of charge.

Major adjustments will incur an additional cost or may be declined by the artist.

The artist will not be held responsible for any delays resulting from the requesting of excessive revisions and changes by the Commissioner, especially after prior approvals have been given.

Upon completion, the Artist will provide both high resolution and resized versions of the artwork.

The Commissioner may not share the High-res files publicly, nor remove the watermark.

The contract may be terminated immediately, without refund, if the Customer engages in disrespectful behavior, publicly disparages the Commissioner (including online), incites conflict or drama, or violates agreed-upon terms of respectful communication. Termination is at the Commissioner's sole discretion and releases them from further obligations.
